Guests at Catholic Charities can make phone calls for free, access mail services, receive replacement ID or birth certificates. These services are vital to guests searching for housing, work, or applying for benefits.

We provide assistance with:

Guests may make free phone calls at the Marian House during regular hours of operation.  This service helps clients follow up on job interviews, stay in touch with family, follow up on doctor’s appointments, etc.

Guests may use Marian House, 14 West Bijou Street, as a permanent mailing address to keep in touch with family and friends, apply for jobs, receive SSI or other income checks, and more.

To sign-up for mail service, an ID is required.

A limited amount of funds is available for guests to replace lost or stolen identification cards and birth certificates, which are vital to job applications, housing, health benefits, and more.  Visit the Marian House during regular hours of operation to access these services.

To apply for an ID or replacement birth certificate, bring any identification or substantiating documents, if available.
