Help local families overcome obstacles and find hope. It’s not just about weathering the storm; its about charting a course for success!

For families or individuals experiencing an acute crisis, receiving emergency services or temporary shelter is a necessary first step.  But in order to face life’s ongoing challenges, a case management plan for building resiliency is needed.

Catholic Charities has professional case managers who will work with you to identify the goals that are important to you and your family and help you work on a plan to achieve those goals.  You’ll find the staff to be caring, compassionate, and non-judgmental as you set your own goals and work toward them.

In addition to case management services, referral services include:

  • Individual and Family Counseling
  • Employment Resources
  • English as a Second Language Classes
  • Government Benefit Enrollment
  • Family Immigration Services
  • Physical & Mental Health
  • Housing Navigation

Two Single Fathers Find Stability For Their Families

Through a series of circumstances, both Michael and Micheal suddenly became single fathers.  Both struggled to find stability for their families, and both began their journey with Catholic Charities of Central Colorado.  Today, the families are stable, but still struggle with steady employment and paying all of their bills.  One of the biggest challenges has been affordable childcare and housing along with a lack of a support system.
