Andy has been involved in local non-profits for 20 years, becoming CEO of Catholic Charities in 2015. He holds an MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from UCCS. Andy enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with his wife, Vanessa, and their three children. They are parishioners of Our Lady of Guadalupe church.

Brea has an immense passion for the nonprofit sector, having been involved in philanthropic work since 2008.  She has maximized revenue opportunities, successfully managed events, and now leads fundraising and strategy efforts for the agency.  Brea and her husband, Jordan, enjoy the beauty of Colorado with their three dogs, Fynn, Cillian, and Aisling.

Rochelle brings almost 40 years of Marketing & Communications experience to her role, where she built the MarCom department from the ground up. Her goal is to ensure the agency remains visible, trustworthy, and relevant. She enjoys the mountains of Colorado and spending time with her husband, David, and their three children.

Ruth brings 15+ years of experience in criminal justice, housing, and health, with a focus on using data to improve decisions. She is passionate about Catholic Social Teaching. Ruth, her husband Ryan, and their two kids enjoy exploring national parks.  They attend Sacred Heart Church.

Corey has more than 18 years of experience in human services helping people from all walks of life. He directs our Marian House programs which confront issues of poverty, mental illness, immigration status, and lack of resources. He loves learning languages, painting, gardening, and exercising with his three kids and wife, Elisabeth.

Engaged in the nonprofit community for more than 16 years, Deana is passionate about supporting the needs of children and families through our Family Services and Counseling Services. She enjoys reading and spending time outside with her husband, Brandon, and their three children.

Theo joined Catholic Charities in 2008, serving in several capacities at the Marian House. He is passionate about his work with vulnerable populations and has been a long-time volunteer with Special Olympics.

Amanda has 17 years experience in behavioral health. She is dedicated to enhancing mental health services for Catholic Charities to better address the needs of our community. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, gardening, and cherishing moments with her three teenagers, balancing professional dedication with personal fulfillment.

Jen joined Catholic Charities in August 2022, bringing 13 years of non-profit experience in quality programming, family strengthening, and data/evaluation.  Jen is an engineer turned non-profit leader, having earned both a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering.  She was honored as the 2017 Employee of the Year by the Woodland Park Chamber of Commerce.  Jen is a lifelong learner with a love for community and a passion to help those in need.

After 20+ years as a government attorney, Claudia decided to pursue a legal career more directly in service to individuals and communities.  She opened her own immigration law firm, then joined Catholic Charities to lead Family Immigration Services. She and her husband recently relocated from Denver and have fallen in love with Colorado Springs’ outdoor offerings.

Tyler joined Catholic Charities in October 2024 and brings nearly 16 years of behavioral health experience to the organization. He is adept at building relationships, managing crises, and improving processes. Tyler enjoys the outdoors, watching soccer, and spending time with family in Colorado Springs.

Jim brings almost 35 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to his role at Catholic Charities. He is passionate about contributing to the community and utilizing his work experiences for a greater purpose. During football season, he can be found with his family cheering the Broncos to victory.

Katie brings 16 years of experience in the non-profit community. She is passionate about providing programs and support to individuals and families who are facing challenging times. Katie enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her three daughters.

After a career in the telecommunications field, Doug began his second career in volunteer management at Catholic Charities, where he implemented a volunteer management platform.  Connecting volunteers to the mission of the agency is his mission. He enjoys community gardening, walking his dogs, and advocational archaeology.
