Our mission is to make a lasting impact on the lives of families facing vulnerable circumstances. We believe that by walking alongside these families and providing unwavering support and essential tools, we can help them achieve not just stability, but a future filled with possibilities.

Completing this Initial Needs Assessment helps us address your needs more effectively.

Navigators help families navigate the space and services available at Family Connections.

FLC helps families on their path from crisis to stability. Coaches use a variety of programs that focus on mentoring, homeless prevention, support services, and more.

Education programs are available for children & parents to learn essential skills needed to set families up for success. These include Great Kids, Playgroup, Circle of Parents, and more.
Family Navigators assist clients who need support in our Family Resource Center, a space where families can rest and regroup while accessing services. For families who are in crisis, experiencing poverty, or who are experiencing homelessness or on the verge of homelessness, this family-friendly space provides access to a number of services in one location. Staff encourages families to partner with a Family Life Coach to develop goals and a plan for future well-being.
While at the Family Resource Center, families can access:
- Assistance with Food Benefits – SNAP Enrollment and Marketplace Pantry referrals
- Clothing Closet
- Diapers, wipes, and other essential baby needs
- Employment and Child Care Resources
- Laundry/Showers/Computer Access
- Bus Passes
- Gas Cards
- Limited Financial Assistance
