The Family Day Center is a safe haven for families experiencing poverty, crisis, who are homeless, or on the verge of homelessness. Families can access a number of services in one location and begin their journey from crisis to stability.  Families are assessed through an intake process to determine immediate needs.  Families can meet with a family life coach to develop a plan, others will work with our Life Skills & Career Development Center to begin preparing for employment, while some can seek housing through emergency housing partners or rapid rehousing options.

At the Family Day Center, families can access emergency/essential needs such as diapers, formula, food boxes, and clothing.

Family Life Coaching (case management) is available for families to receive guidance on their path from crisis to stability.  Families can meet with a family life coach to determine their specific goals and develop a plan to achieve those goals.

The family room offers a place for families to relax during the day while they are accessing services.

Families can access the Life Skills & Career Development Center where volunteers provide personalized guidance. Individuals can get help with basic computer skills, resume writing, job search, finding housing, and more.  For more information, click here.

Staff and volunteers will refer clients to the appropriate services that are not available on site.  Several partner agencies also have satellite offices at Catholic Charities facilities.
